Chlorpheniramine Maleate Anti-allergy Tablets have several important effects and thus several uses. Most obviously, this medication is an antihistamine and it is used for acute inflammatory and allergic conditions such as:

  • Bee stings and insect bites

How to use

Weight-Dog ≤7.5kg >7.5kg
One dose per day 1/2 tablet 1 tablet

 

Weight-Cat ≤2.5kg >2.5kg
One dose per day 1/4 tablet 1/2 tablet

Fed with food or after feeding food

Ingredients

Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Important Safety Information

Do not use Chlorpheniramine Maleate Tablets in dogs/cats less than 3 months of age. 

Be caution use in breeding, pregnant, lactating, old, hyperthyroidism dogs/cats.

The date on the product packing is the production date and the expiration date is two years after the production date on the tablet.

Side effects

Side effects may include drowsiness, vomiting, dry mouth, lack of appetite, diarrhea, and urinary retention.

This medication should not be used in animals allergic to chlorpheniramine or similar antihistamines. Negative interactions may occur when mixed with other medications. Let your veterinarian know before combining with other medications or supplements.
